2 oz, grated cheese mix

0.7 oz, Parmigiano Reggiano

Black pepper

Break up the Parmigiano Reggiano into ¼ inch cubes. Scatter the Parmigiano Reggiano and the grated cheese over the bread.
Toast the slices on pizza mode for 3 minutes.
Add black pepper to taste.
