Eggnog Coffee
Add a little festivity to your cup with this Eggnog Coffee recipe. This drink is the perfect way to start your day with a bit of the Christmas spirit!

| 1/4 cup coffee grounds |
| 1/2 cup hot water |
| 1 cup milk |
| 1/3 cup cane sugar |
| 2 eggs |
| 1/16 teaspoon cinnamon powder |
| 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg powder |
Directions
Ready in 10 minutes
- In a heat resistant bowl mix together egg yolk, cane sugar, nutmeg, and cinammon with a whisk. Add the milk to the mixture and combine.
- Set the coffee grounds in a dripper, pour the hot water, and drip coffee.
- Heat the egg yolk mixture to around 140℉ in microwave.
- Combine coffee and egg yolk mixture in a mug and sprinkle extra cinammon powder for garnish.
